We collect information necessary to fulfill orders and communicate with you: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, order contents, and payment confirmation. Full card numbers and CVV codes are processed directly by the Visa/MasterCard payment networks and PayPal; Frontella does not store full card numbers or CVV. If you contact us by email, we retain the message, your email address, and any attachments you provide (such as product photos). We may also collect non-identifying device information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location) through our hosting and analytics tools to maintain the site and understand usage patterns.

We use this information only to: process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Third parties with whom we share information are limited to service providers necessary to complete the transaction: payment processors (Visa/MasterCard networks, PayPal), carriers ), and website hosting and email service providers. These providers may use the information only as necessary to provide services to us. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

 Residents of Texas have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and a portable copy of their personal information under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Because Frontella does not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising, the right to opt out of sale/targeted advertising does not apply. To exercise these rights, email info@frontella.my with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days; if an extension is needed, we will notify you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us for deletion. We may update this policy; the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
