Orders and contract formation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Frontella reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable shipping address. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Prices shown at checkout govern the transaction; if a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping to confirm, and you may cancel.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. You confirm that you are an authorized holder of the payment method used. All payments are processed over encrypted connections. If a payment is declined or a chargeback occurs, we may suspend or cancel the affected order.

Shipping and risk of loss: Shipping terms are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If a package is marked delivered but not received, follow the process in the Shipping Policy.

Returns: Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property: All content on — text, images, logos, page design and code — is owned by Frontella or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontella is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
