Frontella accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). No additional surcharge is added at checkout; the amount you pay is the product price plus applicable taxes (if any) and shipping (currently free).
For card payments, you will be asked to enter the card number, expiry date, CVV and billing address. Payment authorization occurs at checkout. For PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm, then returned to complete the order. PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account.
If a payment is declined, the order is not formed, and you will see an error message. You may retry with a different payment method or contact info@frontella.my. We do not store full card numbers or CVV; payment processing is handled directly by the Visa/MasterCard networks and PayPal, and we receive only an “approved” or “declined” result plus the transaction identifier needed for refunds. In the event of a chargeback, we will notify you at the email used for the order and attempt to resolve the matter; unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension and order cancellation.
